Welcome to our online booking site! We are located at 1623 Vista View Drive Unit 1, Longmont CO 80504. If you have never been seen at Inspire please book an Initial Evaluation for your first session. If you would like to use insurance please indicate on the online intake form. After the initial evaluation you can book the follow up session specific to your insurance. If you are looking for wellness, maintenance care, recovery, or injury prevention you can book wellness after the initial evaluation. We are located in an open gym environment please wear athletic clothing for your session. We do have a private treatment room for Pelvic PT or if needed for privacy. Dr. Emily Reitz grew up in Longmont, Colorado, playing soccer for Silver Creek HS. She continued on to pursue a collegiate soccer career while earning her B.S. in Health and Human Performance: Sport and Exercise Therapy from Fort Hays State University. She has recently graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Creighton University. Emily is trained in dry needling and has her CrossFit Level 1. When Emily is not treating patients, you’ll find her coaching group fitness classes at NOCO Performance, running, hiking, cooking, or hanging out with friends and family!
