Welcome to our online booking site! We are located at 1623 Vista View Drive Unit 1, Longmont CO 80504. If you have never been seen at Inspire please book an Initial Evaluation for your first session. If you would like to use insurance please indicate on the online intake form. After the initial evaluation you can book the follow up session specific to your insurance. If you are looking for wellness, maintenance care, recovery, or injury prevention you can book wellness after the initial evaluation. We are located in an open gym environment please wear athletic clothing for your session. We do have a private treatment room for Pelvic PT or if needed for privacy.
